Is Honisto really free?
The Listing plan is currently free until January 2027 ($1.99/mo after) — public profile, accept reviews, reply to reviews. Industry plans start at $24.99/mo for Food & Dining, $29.99/mo for Fitness & Training, and $39.99/mo for Service Business. 7-day free trial on all paid plans.
How is Honisto different from other directories?
We don't sell ads. Your listing page is yours — no competitor ads, no distractions. We make money from subscriptions, not from burying your business under paid placements. And the platform is built per industry, not a generic SaaS bundle.
Do I need technical skills to use Honisto?
Not at all. If you can fill out a form, you can use Honisto. Most businesses are set up and live in under an hour, depending on how much profile info you have ready.
How long does it take to set up my listing?
It's your business listing, so it depends on how much detail you want to add. Most businesses are up and running in about 30 minutes — faster if you already have photos and info ready to go.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can downgrade to the Listing plan ($1.99/mo, currently free until January 2027) to keep your public profile live and retain all your reviews and data. If you fully cancel, your directory listing is hidden and we keep your data for 6 months in case you resubscribe.
What types of businesses is Honisto for?
Today: restaurants, food trucks, bakeries, cafés (Food & Dining); gyms, studios, personal trainers (Fitness & Training); and plumbers, electricians, contractors, landscapers, painters (Service Business). Beauty, mobile services, and more are on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can downgrade to the Listing plan to keep your public profile live, or fully cancel — your data is preserved for 6 months in case you come back.
How do customers find my business?
Through the Honisto directory, Google search, and direct links you share. You can add your Honisto link to your social media, business cards, or existing website.
Can I try the paid features before subscribing?
Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial for all paid plans. You'll enter your card to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Do you sell our information?
No. We never sell your data to third parties. We only share information with service providers who help us operate Honisto, or when required by law. Your information stays yours.
