What can my staff actually do today?
Generate review links and QR codes to collect reviews from customers in person. Each review is automatically attributed to the staff member who collected it. More delegatable features are on the roadmap.
Can my staff see my customer list or billing?
No. The portal is scoped. Staff see their own profile and the review-link page — nothing else. Your billing, customer records, settings, and team-wide data stay private to the owner.
How does per-staff attribution work?
When a staff member generates a review link, that link is tagged with their identity. When a customer submits a review through it, the review appears in your dashboard with the staff member's name attached. You can see who's bringing in the reviews.
Do I pay extra for staff seats?
Staff seats are included with your plan. Add team members at no additional cost — pricing is on a per-business basis, not per-user.
What if a staff member leaves?
Revoke their access from your dashboard. They lose the ability to log in immediately. Reviews they already collected stay attributed to them in your history.
What's coming next for the portal?
The portal is built to grow. We're adding more delegatable tasks one feature at a time — appointment confirmations, client check-ins, and other customer-facing work that makes sense for staff to handle.
