Is the Listing plan really free?
Yes — the Listing plan is free until January 2027. After that, it's $1.99/month. You'll be notified well in advance before any charges begin.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You'll be charged for your selected plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged and your account reverts to the Listing plan — your listing stays live.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months and get 2 months free. That's $249.90/year for Food & Dining and $399.90/year for Service Business — instead of paying monthly.
What if I need features from both plans?
Right now, plans are designed for specific business types. We're listening to feedback and will introduce add-ons if there's demand. Let us know what you need.
Is there a setup fee or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no transaction fees, no surprise charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your listing stays live on the Listing plan. All your data — reviews, images, business info — remains intact. Paid features become unavailable until you resubscribe.
Do I get a refund if I cancel early?
No refunds. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle. Simple as that.
