Is the Listing plan really free?
Yes — the Listing plan is free until January 2027. After that, it's $1.99/month. You'll be notified well in advance before any charges begin.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You'll be charged for your selected plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged and your account reverts to the Listing plan — your listing stays live.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay upfront for 12 months and get 2 months free. That's $249.90/year for Food & Dining, $299.90/year for Fitness & Training, and $399.90/year for Service Business — instead of paying monthly.
What if I need features from both plans?
Right now, plans are designed for specific business types. We're listening to feedback and will introduce add-ons if there's demand. Let us know what you need.
Is there a setup fee or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is what Honisto charges — no setup fees, no hidden platform fees. If you use online payments, Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ for card, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) apply and are disclosed upfront.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can downgrade to the Listing plan ($1.99/mo, currently free until January 2027) to keep your public profile live and retain all your reviews and data. If you fully cancel, your directory listing is hidden — being discoverable on Honisto is part of what you're paying for — and we keep your data for 6 months in case you resubscribe. After 6 months, data may be cleaned up.
Do I get a refund if I cancel early?
No refunds. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle. Simple as that.
