When you send an invoice, you can enable up to three automatic payment reminders — 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after the due date. Just check the boxes when sending. That's the entire setup.
The tone escalates naturally. The first reminder is a friendly nudge. The second is firmer. The third is urgent. If the invoice gets paid, all remaining reminders are automatically cancelled. No awkward follow-ups.
You can also send a manual reminder anytime from the invoice detail page. Every sent invoice shows a reminders card — which reminders are scheduled, which have been sent, and which were skipped. Full visibility, zero effort.

Can I accept online payments?
Not yet, but it's coming. For now, Honisto generates and sends invoices — your client pays you directly (bank transfer, check, cash, etc.) and you mark it as paid in your dashboard.
What information appears on my invoices?
Your logo, business name, address, phone number, and accent color. Plus line items, tax, discounts, totals, and any custom terms and conditions you set.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Yes. You can edit an invoice anytime and resend it. Your client gets the updated version by email.
How do automatic reminders work?
When you send an invoice, you can enable up to 3 reminders: 3, 7, and 14 days after the due date. Each sends automatically. If the invoice is paid before a reminder is due, it gets cancelled.
Can I send estimates by email too?
Yes. Estimates are sent the same way as invoices — by email with a custom message. Your client gets a branded email with a button to view the full estimate.
Do I need a subscription?
Yes. Invoicing requires an active home service subscription.
