One Place for Every Payment

Every small business struggles with the same thing: tracking who you paid, when, and how much. Stop digging through spreadsheets, emails, and bank statements.

Log it in seconds

Paid your drywall crew? Your electrician? Open the app, pick the contractor, enter the amount. Add a note if you need to. Done.

No more searching

Need to know what you paid your plumber last year? Your concrete guy? It's right there. No digging through bank statements.

Tax time? Ready

See exactly who crossed the 1099 threshold. Year-to-date totals are always up to date. No scrambling in April.

Whether you pay subs weekly or once a year, you'll always know exactly where you stand.

Quick setup

Add a contractor in 30 seconds

Just a name and one choice — business or individual. That's all you need to get started. Running a general contracting company and need to track your roofing crews and plumbing subs? Add them. Are you a real estate agent paying a photographer for listing photos or a stager to prep a home? Track those too.

Add their address, email, and phone so you always have that contact backed up somewhere — no more digging through old texts trying to find that electrician's number. Whether you run a painting company, landscaping business, or HVAC company, the tool is here. Use it however works for you — 1099 prep, expense tracking, or just staying organized.

  • Categorize as business or individual
  • Address, email, and phone all in one place
  • Update details anytime as things change

Complete history

Every payment, one click away

Click on any contractor and instantly see their complete payment history. That flooring installer you paid back in March? It's there. The landscaping crew you've been paying weekly all summer? Every single payment, organized by date.

Add notes to each payment — "final payment for kitchen remodel" or "deposit for siding job." When tax season hits or a sub questions a payment, you'll have answers in seconds instead of digging through bank statements.

Why we built this

We needed this tool before it existed

We understand what it means to run a small business. Tracking who you paid and when is always a headache — the framing crew, the tile guy, the random handyman. Even with payroll systems, getting a quick overview means too many clicks and reports. Spreadsheets worked on desktop, but on the go? Formatting breaks, rows get messed up.

So we built something simple: open the app, tap a contractor, see everything. No reports. No broken formulas.

It's only going to get better as we grow together.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about tracking contractor payments.

What payment methods can I track?

All of them. Check, cash, ACH, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal — or select "Other" for anything else. Just pick from the dropdown when you log a payment.

Can I track Social Security or EIN?

No. SSN and EIN are sensitive data we chose not to store. The tool tracks payments so you know who needs a 1099 and how much to report. When it's time to file, request that info directly from whoever you paid.

Can I generate 1099s directly?

No. The tool helps you stay organized — tracking who you paid and how much — so you're ready when tax time comes.

Business or individual — how do I choose?

That's up to you — the label helps you stay organized. If unsure, check IRS and state guidelines. Pick what makes sense for your records.
