How does the 24-hour reminder work?

When you book an appointment, you can enable a reminder. If enabled and the appointment is more than 24 hours away, we automatically send a reminder email to your client. Appointments within 24 hours don't get a reminder since it wouldn't make sense.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Rescheduling and cancelling both trigger their own emails to the client.

Do I need a subscription?

Yes. Appointments require an active Honisto subscription.
